First we get to know you, your business and the vacancy.

4. Research

5. Selection

6. Presentation

Your expert account manager will talk you through the list and arrange all your interviews for you.

7. Offer

When you have identified candidates you like, you can hire as many as you want without incurring any additional costs.

8. Guarantee

If your initial campaign doesn’t quite work out (although we do fill almost 90% of all jobs within 5 weeks) we will re run at no extra charge or give you a credit to use against any other job.
