A highly successful Development Manager with a deep knowledge and expertise of the Motor Finance market. A natural team player who actively looks to involve others using a very positive approach. A proven track record of leading complex negotiations and exceeding business targets. Has operated for some of the major key motor finance players over a career spanning 20 years. An ingrained knowledge and extensive dealer contacts across the North-west.

National Account Manager (Insurance)                        

£50-55k (OTE £75k)                                       Lincolnshire

A highly professional, process driven and respected Senior National Account/Business/Sales Development Manager with many years’ experience of sales management. Experienced and successful in generating business and securing major accounts for a multi-national blue chip company. Proactive, focused and a capable decision maker with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Highly experienced in the automotive sector and in particular, the insurance market.

Regional Account Manager                                       

£35-40k (OTE £60k)                                                  Bournemouth

Experienced Motor Finance Account Manager with strong Business Development acumen. Responsible for managing and developing a large territory and maximising finance business opportunities within the dealer network with success. A dynamic, dedicated and results-oriented professional with a highly successful background in sales, account management and new business development. A demonstrable track record of exceeding demanding targets while delivering exceptional service to clients. Seeking an exciting new challenge within the Motor Finance sector.

Account Manager                                                    

£40 – £45k (OTE £60k)                                       Manchester

Good all-rounder with a background in sales and management within the motor trade.  Highly experienced as a Senior Business Manager in well-established franchised dealerships, and very experience in the motor finance world. A commercially focused individual who is able to achieve maximum profitability from financial and insurance income.  Also, a well-respected manager with proven ability to negotiate and close a deal.  Aware of the need to achieve customer satisfaction by ensuring integrity in sales.  An ability to relate well to people at all levels has contributed to success in forming excellent relationships with colleagues and customers alike. Very keen to move into a field based role.

Senior Account Manager                                          

£50 -55k (OTE £70k)                                    Scotland

A dynamic, enthusiastic and results-orientated sales executive with an in-depth knowledge of the motor finance industry. A highly motivated, competent, client facing Sales Manager.  Ambition and a passion to succeed has allowed him to progress to a management position, specialising in the automotive sector. The scope for his responsibilities have been vast, from selling motor finance products to managing teams and providing support to new dealerships.
